FivemAze provides a FiveM gaming community platform, including a website, Discord bots for community management, and a user panel for account and server-related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.
Access to the panel may require authentication via Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through it. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may collect and use information such as your Discord ID, IP address, and browser data as described in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIVEMAZE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED (100) USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FivemAze and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
